Most Christmas light companies sell you a box of strands and let you deal with the rest — storing it, fixing it, figuring out which bulb died. We don't sell you anything. You get a finished result, and we keep it working.
If a bulb goes dark this season, we come fix it — no charge, no argument. If you come back next year and a strand has actually reached the end of its life, we replace it. That's not a warranty you have to dig up paperwork for. It's just what owning the lights ourselves means: for as long as you're a customer, your lights are our problem to solve, not yours.
