These Terms & Conditions govern quotes, deposits, and service between you and Trinity Light Works, the premier light and design division of Pearl Legacy Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote or booking service, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide seasonal Christmas light design, installation, in-season service, takedown and storage for residential and commercial properties in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Our service is seasonal and all-inclusive: we own, install, maintain, remove and store the lighting materials. You are never asked to purchase lights, and nothing is stored at your property between seasons.
2. Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on our website are starting prices. Your final quote depends on your property's actual linear footage, wreath and garland count, and any add-ons (additional footage, tree wrapping, landscape lighting, etc.), measured from imagery and confirmed before installation. A written quote is valid for 14 days from the date it's issued.
3. Deposit, cancellation, and refunds
A 30% deposit is required to book your install window. The remaining balance is due the day your lights are installed.
Your right to cancel: if this agreement is signed at your home, Texas law (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 601) and federal law (16 C.F.R. Part 429) give you the right to cancel for a full refund until midnight of the third business day after you sign. You will be given a separate written cancellation notice at the time of signing explaining exactly how to exercise this right.
After that period, your deposit becomes non-refundable, since materials are cut to your property's specific measurements once your cancellation window closes.
4. Returning-customer pricing
If you rebook with us for the following season, your price is locked at your original rate for up to three consecutive seasons, provided your property and scope of work remain substantially the same.
5. Installation
All bulbs are attached using shingle tabs or gutter clips. We do not use staples, nails, or screws on any surface of your home.
Installation, service, and takedown may be performed directly by Trinity Light Works or by an independently contracted crew working under our name.1 Every crew — ours or contracted — is vetted for hands-on lighting-installation experience before being assigned a job. Any work requiring a licensed electrician is performed or supervised by a Texas-licensed Master Electrician.
6. Property and liability
We take reasonable care to protect your landscaping, roofline, and property during installation, service, and takedown. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
7. Weather and service calls
In-season service calls, including storm and wind damage repair, are included at no extra charge for the duration of your season. 24-hour bulbs-lit guarantee: if a bulb shifts or goes out, we fix it within 24 hours of being notified, weather permitting. When ice or storms make the work unsafe, we fix it as soon as it is safe.
8. Text and email communication
If you tick the text-message box on the quote form, you agree to receive text messages from us about your quote, appointment scheduling, and service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We may also call or email you about a quote you requested. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop text messages, or contact us at (214) 449-1018 or hello@trinitylightworks.com. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
