Double Oak homes are mostly custom builds on one-acre-plus lots in the Cross Timbers oaks. That means long drives, big trees and rooflines that are partly hidden from the street, so the design leans on wrapped trees and lighting along the drive as much as the roofline.
Because many homes sit back behind trees, we confirm anything our imagery cannot see with you before your quote is final. For lighting beyond the front of the house, choose Custom & Estate on the quote form.

Trees hide most of my house from the road. Can you still quote it?

What does a fixed quote include in Double Oak?
Design, commercial-grade materials, installation, every in-season service call, January takedown and storage until next season. The number you sign is the number you pay, with one price per item and no trip charges.
What happens if a bulb goes out during the season?
Text us a photo and we fix it within 24 hours, at no charge. Storm and wind damage repair is included all season.
When do the lights come down?
Takedown runs January 2 through January 31. Every strand is tested and repaired before it goes into storage for next season, so you never store or replace anything yourself.
