Christmas light installation in Grand Prairie, TX

Grand Prairie's newer neighborhoods along Joe Pool Lake have big, modern rooflines made for holiday lights. We design, install, service, take down and store your display for one fixed seasonal price.

GRAND PRAIRIE homes

Lake homes and family streets, lit end to end.

South Grand Prairie has grown into some of the area's most striking neighborhoods: Lake Ridge, Mira Lagos and Grand Peninsula along Joe Pool Lake, with tall two-story stone and stucco homes and plenty of gables. Further north, established family neighborhoods have classic brick rooflines and mature trees.

Many of the newer communities have active HOAs. Tell us yours on the quote form and we check the current guidelines before we design, so your display is approved before it goes up.

How we light Grand Prairie homes

Roofline, trees and entry, designed as one.

01

Residential roofline lighting

Gables, eaves and garage lines are outlined in commercial-grade C9 LED, cut to your measured fascia and clipped on with no holes.

02

Tree wraps

Trunks and main limbs are wrapped in mini lights at an even pitch. Each tree is priced on its own in your quote.

03

Wreaths, garland and walkways

Large wreaths on the gables, garland at the entry and C9 pathway lighting balance a tall elevation.

04

Zero holes, zero staples

Every bulb rides a shingle tab or a gutter clip. Staples, nails and screws never touch your home, so when the lights come down in January your Grand Prairie home looks exactly as it did before.

05

Fixed pricing, measured first

We measure your roofline from satellite and street-level imagery, so there is no house visit and no appointment. Your fixed, all-inclusive quote follows by email, in minutes. The quote is the invoice.
