The Colony has a little of everything: established family streets from the 1970s and 1980s, lakefront homes on Stewart Peninsula and the newer, larger homes of The Tribute. Each gets a design that suits the house, measured from imagery so there is no house visit.
The Tribute and other HOA neighborhoods have their own guidelines. Tell us yours on the quote form and we check the rules before we design.

Tree wraps
Trunks and main limbs are wrapped in mini lights at an even pitch. Each tree is priced on its own in your quote.
Wreaths, garland and walkways
Wreaths on the gables, garland at the entry and C9 lights along the walk or driveway complete the display.

Every bulb rides a shingle tab or a gutter clip. Staples, nails and screws never touch your home, so when the lights come down in January your The Colony home looks exactly as it did before.

We measure your roofline from satellite and street-level imagery, so there is no house visit and no appointment. Your fixed, all-inclusive quote follows by email, in minutes. The quote is the invoice.

Pricing starts at $549 for the season, which includes up to 70 ft of roofline. Your fixed quote depends on your measured roofline and the add-ons you choose.
Do you serve The Tribute?
Yes. The Tribute, Stewart Peninsula, Austin Waters and the rest of The Colony are on our schedule with no travel surcharge.
What does a fixed quote include in The Colony?
Design, commercial-grade materials, installation, every in-season service call, January takedown and storage until next season. The number you sign is the number you pay, with one price per item and no trip charges.
What happens if a bulb goes out during the season?
Text us a photo and we fix it within 24 hours, at no charge. Storm and wind damage repair is included all season.
When do the lights come down?
Takedown runs January 2 through January 31. Every strand is tested and repaired before it goes into storage for next season, so you never store or replace anything yourself.
