Christmas light installation in University Park, TX

University Park's tree-lined streets and classic homes are made for elegant holiday lighting. We design, install, service, take down and store it all for one fixed seasonal price.

UNIVERSITY PARK homes

Classic homes on tree-lined streets.

From the streets around Snider Plaza to Caruth Hills and Volk Estates, University Park is known for traditional architecture: Tudor, Georgian and colonial homes with steep gables, dormers and brick or stone facades. Lots are often compact, so the design has to look polished up close, not just from across the street.

Mature trees line many University Park streets, and a well-wrapped trunk and canopy adds depth to a tighter front yard. We design around what the house and the lot can carry, so the result looks refined rather than crowded.

How we light University Park homes

Roofline, trees and entry, designed as one.

01

Residential roofline lighting

Steep Tudor gables and colonial dormers are outlined in C9 LED, measured ahead of time and clipped on with no fasteners.

02

Tree wraps

Mature oaks and pecans are wrapped trunk-to-limb for a warm canopy that frames the house.

03

Wreaths, garland and walkways

Window wreaths, garland at the entry and C9 walkway lighting suit University Park's classic architecture.

04

Zero holes, zero staples

Every bulb rides a shingle tab or a gutter clip. Staples, nails and screws never touch your home, so when the lights come down in January your University Park home looks exactly as it did before.

05

Fixed pricing, measured first

We measure your roofline from satellite and street-level imagery, so there is no house visit and no appointment. Your fixed, all-inclusive quote follows by email, in minutes. The quote is the invoice.

Something not here? Call (214) 449-1018.

Do you design for smaller Park Cities lots?

Yes. On compact lots we focus on precise rooflines, entry garland and wreaths so the design looks polished up close.

How early should I book in University Park?

Park Cities installs are scheduled by appointment window, starting in mid-October. Booking early gives you the most choice of dates.

What does a fixed quote include in University Park?

Design, commercial-grade materials, installation, every in-season service call, January takedown and storage until next season. The number you sign is the number you pay, with one price per item and no trip charges.

What happens if a bulb goes out during the season?

Text us a photo and we fix it within 24 hours, at no charge. Storm and wind damage repair is included all season.

When do the lights come down?

Takedown runs January 2 through January 31. Every strand is tested and repaired before it goes into storage for next season, so you never store or replace anything yourself.
